Groin Ultrasound
A groin ultrasound is used to examine the soft tissues and structures within the groin area. It can help assess lumps, swelling, hernias or enlarged lymph nodes. Ultrasound imaging allows clinicians to visualise tissues in real time and determine whether a swelling represents a hernia, fluid collection, cyst or other soft tissue change.
