Rescheduling

We will endeavour to reschedule appointments, but this may not always be possible, especially at short notice. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Price Changes

The price list for our services is subject to change. Cocoon reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Bookings made at existing prices will be honoured.

Photography & Recording

To protect the privacy of all clients, we ask you to refrain from taking photographs or videos within our clinic unless given permission by the Clinic Director.

Personal Property

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property while you are on our premises.


Age Requirements

Our services are only available to adults (18+). We do not provide services to minors.


Medical Care

NHS Services

It is vital that you attend all routine NHS appointments. Our services are offered in addition to, not as a replacement for, NHS care.

Ultrasound Safety

Ultrasound is a screening tool — it cannot detect all abnormalities. If an abnormality is detected, your practitioner will discuss findings fully and provide a report for your healthcare provider.

Internal Examinations

In some circumstances, particularly during early pregnancy and fertility scans, we may need to complete a transvaginal (internal) scan. This will only be done with your full consent, and a trained chaperone will be available.

Liability

Limitation

Our liability is limited to refunding fees paid for services not provided. We are not liable for any other losses incurred.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.
