We hold ourselves to the highest possible standards of client care, and are regularly inspected and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). If we fall short of these expectations, we would love to know about it so we have the opportunity to put it right.

It's easy for you to make a complaint or give us feedback of any kind. Your comments will be received by the Clinic Director, who will respond within two working days.
